The Gameface Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter, or otherwise change these Terms of Use at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, and/or additions. These Terms of Use may be updated by The Gameface Company from time to time without any notice to you. Accordingly, The Gameface Company recommends that you periodically visit this page to review the current Terms of Use. If you violated any of these Terms of use, your permission to sue the site shall automatically terminate.

Terms:

First time customers are strictly on a prepayment basis. We accept major credit cards.

For second time orders, terms are Net 30 days with approved credit. Click here to download The Gameface Company credit application. The Gameface Company reserves the right to terminate such terms pending nonpayment of the account. This includes the right to cancel any open order on past due accounts. Past due accounts will be subject to service charges assessed at the rate of 1.5% per month on any balance over 30 days. Customers agree to pay any and all collection expenses. A fee of $35.00 will be charge for all returned checks.

All orders will be inspected prior to shipment and deemed to be in good condition when accepted by the designated delivery service.

List prices are in US dollars, and for the wholesale trade only. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please contact The Gameface Company for the most up to date pricing information. Prices stated do not include delivery or freight.

Hours:

Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Closed for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
If these dates fall on a weekend, we are closed on the generally accepted observed holiday.
